Loans can be granted as secured debt, using the business's existing assets or the value of these assets as collateral. Other options include securing the loan over the business's stocks and shareholdings, injecting additional funds as equity for a fixed term with pre-arranged equity buy-out arrangements, or raising funds through the offering of secured debentures. Each facility we create is customized to meet the specific needs of our clients, and loans are available for amounts starting at $1 million, with maximums based on the business's turnover.

Repayment plans and vehicles can also be customized to meet the needs of the business. If the business is not currently structured in a way that allows for conventional collateral, it may be possible to import additional collateral through various strategies and enhancement facilities, allowing the business to increase its secured borrowings over a term of up to 10 years.
